Psyche & Stone offers this website, including all information, tools, products, educational content, digital memberships, online courses, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
By visiting our site, purchasing physical or digital products, subscribing to the Psyche & Stone Society membership, enrolling in any course or workshop, or using any of our services, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service" or "Terms"), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including, without limitation, users who are browsers, vendors, customers, members, students, merchants, and content contributors.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.
Any new features, tools, products, courses, or membership tiers that are added to the current site shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Our website and e-commerce store are hosted on Wix.com Ltd. ("Wix"). They provide us with the online platform that allows us to sell our physical products and services, host our courses and membership content, and manage bookings. Your use of our site is also subject to the Wix Terms of Use, which can be found on the Wix website.
Section 1: Online Store and Membership Terms
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you may not use this site, purchase products, or subscribe to the Psyche & Stone Society membership or any courses or workshops.
You may not use our products or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your services and, where applicable, your membership access.
Section 2: General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the Service is provided, without express written permission by us.
The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.
Section 3: Products and Services
Physical Products
Psyche & Stone sells digital products, physical print media, and online classes, courses, and workshops as well as access to a private community. Certain products may be available exclusively online. These products may be available in limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only in accordance with our Refund and Return Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, textures, and images of our products that appear on the site. Because every stone is a natural, one-of-a-kind specimen, actual products may vary slightly from photographs. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor or mobile device display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
Digital Products, Courses, and Membership
Psyche & Stone offers digital educational content, online courses, workshops, and the Psyche & Stone Society membership ("Membership"). Access to digital products, courses, and Membership content is subject to the terms outlined in this agreement.
All digital content, including but not limited to course materials, video lessons, slide presentations, written guides, downloadable resources, workshop recordings, and community content, is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You do not acquire ownership of any digital content through your purchase or Membership subscription.
Section 4: Psyche & Stone Society Membership
Subscription Terms
The Psyche & Stone Society Membership is a recurring subscription service available on a monthly or annual billing cycle. By subscribing to the Membership, you authorize Psyche & Stone to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis at the then-current subscription rate until you cancel.
Monthly subscriptions will automatically renew each month on the anniversary of your original subscription date. Annual subscriptions will automatically renew each year on the anniversary of your original subscription date.
The current Membership pricing is displayed on the Membership enrollment page at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change Membership pricing at any time. If we change the price of your subscription, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the price change takes effect. Your continued subscription after the price change constitutes your acceptance of the new price. If you do not agree to the new price, you may cancel your subscription before the price change takes effect.
Auto-Renewal Disclosure
By subscribing to the Psyche & Stone Society Membership, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually, depending on your plan) unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription rate at each renewal. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings on our website or by contacting us at ashley@psycheandstone.com. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will retain access to the Membership until that period concludes. No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of a billing cycle. All Membership sales and digital content purchases are final and non-refundable.
Cancellation
You may cancel your Membership at any time. To cancel, you may use the cancellation option in your account settings on our website, or you may contact us by email at ashley@psycheandstone.co. Cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to Membership content through the end of the period you have already paid for. We will not charge your payment method for any subsequent billing periods after cancellation is processed.
Access and Account Responsibility
Your Membership account is for your individual use only. You may not share your login credentials with others or allow others to access Membership content through your account. If we determine that your account is being shared or used by multiple individuals, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without refund.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
Section 5: Pricing, Billing, and Account Information
Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, or orders that use the same billing or shipping address. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email, billing address, and phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through our site. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

All content on this website and within the Psyche & Stone Society Membership, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, audio, video, course materials, slide presentations, written guides, educational content, digital downloads, the Psyche & Stone name and logo, and all other materials (collectively, "Content"), is the property of Psyche & Stone or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Content for your personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, modify, create derivative works from, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit any Content without the express written permission of Psyche & Stone.
Specifically, you may not:
Record, download (except where explicitly provided as a downloadable resource), screen capture, or otherwise reproduce course videos, workshop recordings, or live session content. Share, distribute, upload, or republish any Content from the Membership, courses, or workshops on any platform, website, social media account, or other medium. Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from any Content.
Violation of these intellectual property terms may result in immediate termination of your account and Membership without refund, and may subject you to legal action.

Harass, bully, intimidate, or demean other members or participants. Post or share content that is hateful, discriminatory, obscene, or otherwise harmful. Solicit, advertise, or promote your own products, services, or business within the community spaces without express written permission from Psyche & Stone. Share or distribute any private or confidential information shared by other members within the community. Disrupt live sessions, workshops, or community discussions.
We reserve the right to remove any content and to suspend or terminate the account of any member who violates these community guidelines, without refund.

Your submission of personal information through the store and Membership platform is governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Occasionally, there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times, and availability. Section 18: Severability
In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service. Such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
Section 19: Termination
The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.
These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our services, or when you cease using our site. If you are a Membership subscriber, you must also cancel your subscription as outlined in Section 4.
If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we may terminate this agreement at any time without notice, and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination. Accordingly, we may deny you access to our services (or any part thereof), including Membership content, courses, and community access.
Section 20: Dispute Resolution
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall first be addressed through good faith negotiation between the parties for a period of 30 days following written notice of the dispute.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to and determined by binding arbitration in the State of New Jersey, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, you and Psyche & Stone each waive any right to a jury trial.
Section 21: Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, the Uniform Computer Information Transactions Act, and any version of the Uniform Commercial Code shall not apply to these Terms of Service.
Section 22: Entire Agreement
The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to the Service constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).
Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms of Service shall not be construed against the drafting party.

For material changes that affect your Membership subscription terms, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
Section 24: Shipping Policy
Psyche & Stone ships worldwide. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
We are not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees that may be assessed by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with tracking information via email. Psyche & Stone is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.
