Return and Refund Policy

Returns (Physical Products)

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and unworn, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact me at ashley@psycheandstone.com. If your return is accepted, I will send you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For damaged or defective items, we will cover all return shipping costs.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include custom products such as special orders or personalized items. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Digital Products, Memberships, and Online Courses

All sales of digital products, online courses, and Psyche & Stone memberships (whether billed monthly or annually) are final. Due to the nature of digital content, I do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once access has been granted. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that digital content is non-refundable.

If you wish to cancel your Psyche & Stone Society membership, you may do so at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will retain access to the membership until that period concludes. No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of a billing cycle.

European Union and European Economic Area: 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union or the European Economic Area, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods, for any reason and without providing justification. This is in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

How to exercise your right of withdrawal: To withdraw, you must inform us of your decision by sending a clear statement to ashley@psycheandstone.com. You may use the model withdrawal form below or any other clear written statement. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), physically receives the goods. If the withdrawal period expires on a non-working day, your deadline is extended until the next working day.

Condition of returned goods: Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and unworn, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping when exercising your right of withdrawal.

Refund details: Once we receive your withdrawal notice, we will reimburse you for the full purchase price, including the standard delivery costs you paid at the time of your original order. If you chose a delivery method more expensive than the standard option (such as express shipping), we will reimburse only the cost of the standard delivery option. Your refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice. We may delay the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof of return, whichever comes first. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal: The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom or personalized products, sealed goods that have been opened after delivery where return is not possible for hygiene or health protection reasons, or digital content (including online courses and memberships) once access has been granted and performance has begun with your express prior consent and acknowledgment that you lose your right of withdrawal.

Important: If we fail to inform you of your right of withdrawal before purchase, the withdrawal period is extended by 12 months from the end of the original withdrawal period.

United Kingdom: 14-Day Cancellation Rights

If you are a consumer located in the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods, for any reason and without providing justification, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

The same terms, conditions, refund process, and exceptions outlined in the European Union section above apply to UK consumers. To exercise your right of cancellation, please contact me at ashley@psycheandstone.com with a clear statement of your decision. You may use the model withdrawal form provided above.

International Orders (Outside the US, EU, EEA, and UK)

For international customers located outside the regions listed above, our standard 14-day return policy applies. You are responsible for return shipping costs on international returns, and please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable for standard returns outside the EU, EEA, and UK. Customs duties and import taxes paid on your original order are not refundable by Psyche & Stone, as these are collected by your country's customs authority.

Refunds

I will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since I approved your return, please take the following steps:

Contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times can vary.
Contact your card issuer, as there is often additional processing time before a refund is posted.
If you have done both and still have not received your refund, please contact me at ashley@psycheandstone.com, and I will look into it.
